We would like to ensure that every pupil reaches their full potential, regardless of where they live or their circumstances. Their education should be free from barriers presented by a lack of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

We are very excited to be part of the HfL Great Representation Programme, which begins in September 2023. As part of this programme, we will listen to keynote speakers give presentations on aspects of race equality and representation in education. In addition, throughout the programme, we will have the opportunity to:

• share and discuss readings and research about great race inclusion, diversity and equity practice
• visit other participating schools to share good practice and learn from each other
  write a learning journal of developing race equity understanding and practice over the year, which will be made available to all Hertfordshire schools.
